El ZaguanHemos tomado el menú, sencillo con un precio asequible, pero como siempre en ese local con sus toques especiales, el menú consiste en 4 primeros a elegir, 4 segundos y el postre o el cafe. He tomado ensalada de varios tipos de hojas, perdiz escabechada, lascas de parmesano y pimientos rojos saborizados de forma especial, destacar el contraste de cada una de las partes de la ensalada los pimientos contrastaban por su sabor picante del comino y a la vez dulce, lo salado del queso, lo ácido de la perdiz. me ha gustado mucho. despues he tomado chipirones a la plancha en un lecho de habicholillas al vapor.
tiene una buena seleccion de aceite y vinagre de jerez.
